Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Experience working with executive stakeholders.
Experience in operational execution in tech GTM/sales organizations.
Experience with working in enterprise software or cloud sales.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading large programs or consulting projects in an enterprise space.
Track record of influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders in an organization.
Understanding of trends, attention to detail and an affinity for metrics and patterns in business performance.
Excellent strategic, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.

The Strategy and Operations (S&O) Lead role is a critical member of the Asia Pacific Strategy and Operations team. Our team of highly creative visionaries develop in deconstructing and re-creating businesses to meet changing strategic and operational needs, enable, incubate and scale innovation, establish more efficient practices, align functions and stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its vast potential.
In this role, you will be a thought and execution partner for our India cloud sales leadership, think strategically and help drive the best global practices into India. You will help scale up our successful business in the region by helping Google define and execute strategic and operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence. You will be confident working separately in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global executive environment.

Responsibilities
Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs (e.g., strategic planning, business scaling, growth programs, quota setting, and performance improvement programs).
Provide thought leadership to the cloud sales leadership and cross-functional leaders, and jointly with them, develop the market’s business plan and go-to-market sales strategy and gain the required support to execute programs.
Analyze and develop deep insights on business performance, core performance metrics and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews for the sales teams and cross-functional teams.
Drive operational excellence business, opportunity and health and performance metrics, across our growing Cloud teams in-market.
Align with cross functional partners including finance, HR, partner, specialization, customer engineering, GTM Practice to drive a cohesive business motion in India and share best practices with other regional/global Google S&O teams.
