Meta Partner Enablement Manager | Meta Reality Labs India in Mumbai, India

Summary:

Meta Reality Labs is looking for an experienced individual to take on the role of Partner Enablement Manager for India retail. Reporting to the head of Partner Enablement for Europe and India, this experienced executive will be responsible for marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This exciting and crucial role will be responsible for driving and delivering our go-to-channel strategy with Indian retail partners such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales.The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta 3P Retail partners in the India market to drive the Meta AI Glasses hardware vision.

Required Skills:

Partner Enablement Manager | Meta Reality Labs India Responsibilities:

  1. Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals

  2. Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators

  3. Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics

  4. Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners

  5. Influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settings

  6. Managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency

  7. Providing point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing in relation to accounts managed

  8. Completing and examining campaigns and projects

  9. assessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information - including new or less-obvious solutions

  10. Providing active input during Partner Enablement goal creation process

  11. Building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with retailer marketing counterparts

  12. Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years experience in a Retail leadership Partner Enablement role. Candidates should have a demonstrable record of achievement and success with a similar consumer technology brand

  2. 5+ years experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large Partner Enablement budgets

  3. 5+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), iCAC (Incremental Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples

  4. 5+ years experience working directly with retails such as Amazon IN, Flipkart, Croma, selling consumer electronics products

  5. Analytical skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations

  6. Demonstrable experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brand

  7. Experience working with visual merchandising and field services programs

  8. Highly developed presentation skills

  9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar

  2. Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socialize

  3. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

  4. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

  5. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
