Cisco Partner Account Executive in Mumbai, India
Your Impact
The ideal candidate will engage with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to develop, scale, and support the sale of managed and as-a-Service offerings. You will bring experience partnering with service providers to develop and grow managed services portfolios that deliver strong business outcomes and balanced profitability. You understand how MSPs package, price, and productize services, and how their organizations take these offerings to market to drive adoption, revenue, and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with selected SPs/MSPs to co-create and launch managed and XaaS solutions built on Cisco technologies.
Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution in collaboration with Cisco Sales, Architecture, Product, and Partner teams.
Own the managed services business for assigned partners, including pipeline growth, deal qualification, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Enable partner and field sales teams through training, sales support, and programmatic growth initiatives.
Build and present business cases and value propositions aligned to partner business models and market opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with senior partner executives and influence strategic investment decisions.
Provide regular visibility through pipeline and bookings reporting and ensure operational governance.
Align with regional and global teams to drive adoption of new managed services and strategic offers.
Support partner sales and presales teams to effectively position and sell managed services across customer segments.
What You Bring
Strong experience in solution selling and business development, with a proven track record of driving services revenue and recurring business.
Understanding of the Service Provider/MSP ecosystem, including service creation, productization, and B2B go-to-market models.
Working knowledge of one or more technology areas such as Cloud & AI, Security, SSE, SD-WAN, or SASE.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.
Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management within the IT industry.
Experience working with Service Providers or MSPs in India and understanding of B2B sales motions.
3+ years of experience with Cisco solutions and services or comparable technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and CRM tools.
Knowledge of Networking, Cloud, Security, Collaboration, or IoT domains.
Cisco sales or technical certifications.
Partner or alliance management experience.
