Burns & McDonnell Executive Assistant in Mumbai, India
Description
·Manage the CFO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
·Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action items to closure
·Act as the primary point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential financial, strategic, and personnel information with discretion
·Support in preparation of MIS reports, meeting decks, and presentations
·Assist in budgeting, forecasting and compliance-related coordination
·Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and reimbursements for the CFO
·Track key deliverables, deadlines, and priorities for the CFO's office
·Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the CFO
Burns & McDonnell Engineering India Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of Burns & McDonnell, a global engineering, architecture, and construction firm. The Indian operation is located in Mumbai and provides a range of services including engineering, architecture, environmental, procurement, and project management.
·Ensure effective cross- functional coordination with other business teams
·Providing day-to-day administrative support to US Finance leadership and BMI finance team.
·Work with the finance & IT leadership in managing communication meetings(townhalls).
·Managing office operations, handling correspondence and helping in processing financial transactions
Qualifications
·Requires an MBA in Finance or a relevant master's degree, with 8-10 years of work experience, preferably as an executive assistant to a CFO or P-Finance in a U.S. multinational corporation.
·Communication Skills: Must possess very strong oral and written communication skills.
·Executive Interaction: Should have the ability to work closely and interact effectively with top management.
