The Position
To ensure smooth day to day functioning of the MD’s office. Oversee and manager all office procedures and taks related to MS’s office, Calendar Management, Travel management for MD and global visitors, handle communications and events pertaining to MD’s office.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Calendar Management, expense management, Travel and Logistics for MD and global visitors, Co-ordination and preparing minutes for all regular meetings initiated from MS’s office.
Manage and execution of all major events and meetings such as ABS, MMS, VTI Day, field visit, Sammelan and other related events.
Manager and work with the respective team members for presentations required by MD. Collate and prepare the presentation for the monthly CPC Call.
Manage all communication for the MD and Work with Communications for all necessary requirements.
Will also support the Medical director and comms support.
Requirements
Education : Bachelors degree, Masters degree(e.g. MBBS, MSC), Diploma
High level of confidentiality and Good Communication skills
Clarity in though, Result oriented, Highly confidential in managing work and communications within and outside the organization, willingness to learn new concepts/ practices, extremely collaborative and multi-tasker.
Good verbal and written cummincation skills
Excellent collaboration with working in teams
Proactive and Assertive
8-9 years work experience
Located at Mumbai.
