Hilton Director of Digital Marketing in Mumbai, India
The Director/ Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible in assisting the Commercial Director with all Marketing Planning & Execution strategies for the hotel.
What will I be doing?
RESPONSIBILTIES MARKETING:
• To manage and direct all paid advertising, delivering a cost effective and appropriate annual advertising strategy within the agreed budget.
• To manage all on-line activities for Hilton Mumbai International Airport (HMIA) on Brand.com and Third party websites, ensuring all special promotions are loaded and available with the appropriate lead-in times and that all information is kept up to date.
• Develop an annual Marketing Plan in conjunction with the Sales/Revenue depts., ensuring that the Plan reflects the strategy needed to achieve targeted results in all revenue streams.
• Specify market requirements for current and future gap periods/low demand times by conducting marketing research to support the marketing strategies.
• Ensure that all planned strategies are measurable and are evaluated to gauge their success, with appropriate lead-in times and deadlines.
• To analyses potential partner relationships for HMIA that will benefit both parties and reach the joint target markets.
• To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution with effective use of flyers, e-marketing, text campaigns and all other forms of communication.
• To proof-read and vet all written materials for external customer use, ensuring a high quality is achieved.
• To ensure strict compliance to Hilton Hotels brand standards in all artwork/graphic design/logos etc.
• Oversee the consistency of all hotel communication tools in terms of design, copy, color and adherence to Hilton Hotels brand standards.
• Utilize information on HMIA key source markets and determine appropriate marketing campaigns to increase business from these key markets.
• Manage relations with relevant local media and ensure a good working relationship is achieved and on-going.
• Provide direction and follow-up to the PR/Marketing coordinator and other team members relating to marketing.
• Attend Marketing briefings with updates on campaigns
• Ensure there is a good working relationship between PR/Events/Graphic team working together with coherent strategies that benefit the hotel.
• Attend F&B meeting and Revenue meeting to understand the key markets and needs that marketing and advertising can address to improve results. Provide a Campaign Plan detailing activities to be undertaken to ensure results are achieved.
• Ensure that a monthly report is submitted with copies of all advertising placed in external publications.
• Submit monthly report summarizing activities carried out previous month and results gained: Month End MIS, Owner’s PPT, Social Media Performance, PMP Report, any other report that may be asked.
• Work alongside the PR and Events team to ensure that all HMIA events are marketed to ensure maximum publicity and revenue, staying within budget constraints.
