Veralto Director, HR Shared Services, APAC in Mumbai, India
Veralto is seeking an HR Shared Services Leader for APAC to contribute to the mission of the HR Shared Services team, which is to enable the delivery of the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on their highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.
This role is remote (ideally based in Mumbai / Bangalore) and reports to the Senior Director, HR Shared Services.

Your Responsibilities
Bring a regional lens to the development of the global HR Shared Services strategy and roadmap, ensuring a strong linkage to the overall enterprise strategy and culture, with a goal to drive exceptional employee experiences and improved operational efficiencies
Contribute to the development and expansion of the Global Service Catalogue based on regional insights and needs
Lead your team of regional Tier 1 to Tier 3 Service Partners and Specialists aligned to the Global Service Catalogue and Standard Work
Lead the implementation and contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal operational enterprise processes in your region to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR requests
Identify automation/Ai opportunities to drive regional innovation, optimization and agility
Partner with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) to develop and deploy the regional process harmonization and optimization roadmap
Embed the enterprise-wide HR Shared Service performance metrics into your team and drive rigorous management of measurement and continuous improvement initiatives at the regional level
Be a change leader within your region, ensuring strong change management and transparent communications to relevant stakeholder audiences
Support the continued maturity of the HR operating model within the region
Build and manage the regional Shared Services team, providing feedback and coaching to drive team performance, development and engagement
SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience; minimum five years as a people manager and experience leading within an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national, matrixed environment
Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related field
Associate-centric with strong stakeholder management skills
Strategic and analytical, capable of making data-driven decisions and recommendations
Continuous improvement-oriented
Experience working within an HR knowledgebase and case management solution and other applications, such as Workday
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities at any one time
