Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Preparation
Collect, integrate, and prepare data from a diverse range of internal and external sources to support the development of comprehensive data assets.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and readiness for analysis, enabling robust and reliable campaign analytics.
Performance Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and detailed reports that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, including key metrics such as effectiveness and customer response rates.
Utilise advanced analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Looker to deliver timely and actionable performance insights to stakeholders.
Insights Generation
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for optimisation.
Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations, supporting the continuous improvement of future marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work in close partnership with colleagues across marketing, product, and business teams to fully understand campaign objectives and business requirements.
Deliver tailored analytics solutions that align with organisational goals and drive measurable business outcomes, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Continuous Learning
Remain abreast of the latest developments, tools, and best practices in campaign analytics and data-driven marketing.

Documentation
Maintain thorough and well-organised documentation of all analytics processes, methodologies, and findings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience working within agile methodologies is highly advantageous, reflecting an ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deliver value incrementally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or final year student) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Fresh graduates from good colleges are welcome.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Cloud Query (like BQ SQL)) are mandatory.
Additional Information
The tenure of the Apprentice will be 1 (one) year as defined under Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992 amended from time to time.
All Apprentices engaged by the Bank will also be featured in NATS portal as an ‘Apprentice’. By virtue of them being covered under the provisions of the Act, a candidate profile will be created for each apprentice in the NATS portal, which will be available to them for viewing.
On completion of the one-year Apprenticeship tenure, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued to the apprentice by the Govt. of India, as applicable under the Act and the enrollment under the Apprenticeship Act will cease.
All other clauses regarding the tenure of engagement as an Apprentice with HSBC will stand as mentioned in the offer letter issued by the Bank at the time of joining.
