Responsibilities :
Commercial analytics translators acting as a bridge between data and business leaders and help in translating insights into actionable business strategies.
Identify, prioritize, and implement high-value, data-driven solutions while ensuring adoption across the organization
Build data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product
Bridge the Gap: Translate business needs into technical requirements for data teams, and translate technical results back into business terms.
Value Identification: Identify, validate, and prioritize use cases that drive significant business value.
Implementation & Adoption: Ensure analytical solutions are integrated into daily workflows, overcoming operational resistance.
Change Management: Manage user expectations and train teams on how to use new data-driven tools.
Understanding the data cuts and doing deep dive analysis on data
Development of scalable data management and reporting solutions to support analytics for Marketing andCustomer Development (Sales) working with the Division/Global Analytics Functional Leads
Develop and manage visualization deliverables that bring life to the data sets allowing for drill downs,diagnostics and self-service by the functions in the center and on the ground
Ready to work collaboratively with business partners across geographies
People management including performance and appraisal management
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field a plus
Master’s in Business or Analytics (preferred) 5 -10 years of experience
Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Working knowledge of MS Office & Google suite
Preferred Qualifications :
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of a specific industry or functional area (e.g:marketing).
RGM analytics:Data-driven discipline around promo optimization,promo effectiveness.
Data Literacy: Familiarity with data engineering and data science concepts, although not necessarily needing to code.
Communication & Project Management: Strong abilities to facilitate, present, and manage projects from conception to deployment
Strong Collaboration & Stakeholder management
Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
Experience with cloud services: GCP, AWS, etc
Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, etc.
Experience with Data Flow, Data Pipeline and workflow management tools: Cloud Composer, Airflow etc
