Vontier Assistant Manager - Sourcing in Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities

 The incumbent will perform required functions from initiation of an intent to purchase to satisfactory delivery of material.

 Follow an individual work plan and meet day-to-day short-term objectives. The incumbent should have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or escalations.

 Liaison with sourcing organization to evaluate current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, and obtain bids.

 Should be capable for Vendor Development, Vendor Management and to Negotiate in multiple levels.

 Coordinate should know the process of procurement and willingness to follow with the Integrity.

 Should be responsible for end-to-end activities like plan, purchase, delivery, Invoice etc.

 Should have the knowledge of electrical, electronics and fabrication commodities.

 Implement and maintain KPIs like OTD, Inventory Management, Payment Cycle, to monitor and improve performance of managed supply base.

 Prepare daily, weekly, monthly analysis reports and status of the jobs/KPI assigned.

 Should have strong working experience in SAP for procurement prospective

Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will be a

 Total Experience in years: 7-8 Yrs

 Graduation/ Degree: BE / BTech Electronics

 Post-Graduation/ PGDM: MBA Operations / Supply chain management (OR) PGDM in Material Management / Procurement

 Preferred courses/ certifications: Negotiation skills / Vendor management / Project management
