Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
What will you do:
In this role you will:
Drive BMS & IBMS project sales within the industry.
Collaborate with local consultants and stay updated on the latest trends in the BMS industry.
Handle tenders (Major Private) and work under stringent MIS systems.
Engage with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, Developers, Hospitality Partners, and Healthcare sectors.
Travel as required to meet business needs.
Be responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on a month-on-month basis.
Generate leads and drive them to order closure.
Focus on the assigned market and products including BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems, etc.).
What you will bring (Roles & Responsibilities)
10+ years of experience in BMS & IBMS project sales.
Proven track record of developing and closing net new business.
Strong presentation skills and experience in pricing systems for customers.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
Experience working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, Developers, Hospitality Partners, and Healthcare sectors.
Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
