About the role
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to provide technical leadership across pre-sales and delivery engagements. This role is responsible for shaping end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions, ensuring architectural quality, and enabling successful delivery outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, engage with executive stakeholders, mentor delivery teams, and collaborate closely with Microsoft internal teams to drive Business Applications growth across ANZ and Asia.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned to customer business and technical requirements
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, including senior and executive stakeholders, to define solution vision and value
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable D365 solutions
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural governance to delivery teams
Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, statements of work, presentations, and demonstrations
Lead delivery engagements, including planning, governance, and customer workshops
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to support customer success and business growth
Develop, reuse, and contribute to solution intellectual property, assets, and accelerators
Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, architecture standards, and customer IT strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years’ experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform
Proven experience engaging directly with customers, including senior and C-suite stakeholders
Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale D365 CE implementations or migrations
Experience delivering solutions using Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) certification
Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) certification
Deep functional and technical expertise across Dynamics 365 CE workloads (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations, Copilot)
Strong Power Platform experience including Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents
Understanding of Azure, integrations, data migration, and DevOps practices
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-system environments.
