QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Welder Fabricator in MUKWONAGO, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics for complex assemblies - Cut, trim, and shape metal and other materials using hand and power tools - Weld, solder, and braze components together accurately - Align parts and secure them using bolts, screws, and other fasteners - Collaborate with robotic equipment (cobots) to assemble components - Identify and repair defective components in finished products - Maintain quality standards and ensure safety procedures are followed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, torches, and grinders - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally - Welding certification or related experience preferred - Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Comfortable learning and operating collaborative robotic equipment ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: teresa.considine@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/800847 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
