[Mukilteo Thai Restaurant offers delightful Thai cuisine that infuses traditional flavors and modernized cooking techniques. We are passionate about cooking quality, authentic Thai food that our customers will enjoy. In order to maintain our successful reputation, we are looking for experienced and talented Thai Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 10pt"=""}

1. [Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 10pt"=""}
2. [Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 10pt"=""}
3. [Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 10pt"=""}
