PORTER LANE HOME LLC Scheduling Assistant Remote in MUKILTEO, Washington

Job Purpose: Supports utility company administration by providing secretarial, payroll and credit union services; helping customers. Duties: * Serves customers by providing service requested; answering questions; offering assistance. * Prepares correspondence by collecting and inputting information. * Prepares documents by transcribing information. * Provides reference materials by maintaining correspondence, customer, and legal files. * Enhances general manager's and staff's use of time by coordinating staff meetings; providing customer call summaries; making travel arrangements. * Maintains payroll system by processing time sheets, payroll taxes, and quarterly reports. * Completes credit union transaction by processing loan applications. * Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. * Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. * Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. * Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
