Job Description
As a Technical Program Manager supporting data center infrastructure programs, you will lead design‑driven initiatives from early concept through detailed design, vendor execution, and handoff to construction. You’ll own the coordination between internal engineering teams and external vendors, driving design reviews, managing technical requirements, tracking milestones, and ensuring vendor deliverables are complete, high‑quality, and construction‑ready. Day to day, you’ll manage dependencies across engineering, supply chain, and construction, proactively identify design or vendor risks, and keep complex, interdependent workstreams aligned to deliver scalable electrical and mechanical yard solutions on schedule.

Skills and Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
Strong experience leading design‑focused product or infrastructure programs
Proven ability to manage external vendors, including design partners and equipment suppliers
Experience driving design readiness and handoff to construction teams
Background in product development and new product introduction (NPI) for infrastructure or hardware systems
Solid understanding of design milestones, construction timelines, and supply chain dependencies
Strong cross‑functional communication and vendor coordination skills
Proactive, hands‑on approach to program and stakeholder management - Experience with data center infrastructure or large‑scale compute environments
Background in electrical or mechanical engineering or design
Experience managing multi‑vendor ecosystems across design, fabrication, and construction
Familiarity with industrial engineering and capacity planning
Strong analytical skills for design optimization and operational scalability
Experience supporting electrical and mechanical yard design standardization or deployment
