Responsibilities
Portfolio
Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the ‘why/what/how’
Be a part of the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery
Defines and implements proven frameworks, best practices, tools, and templates that are repeatable, durable and scalable
Identifies, recommends and drives continuous improvement opportunities to ensure outcome delivery and improve business efficiency
Strong ability to enable the core team manage dependencies at scale through structure and right sized processes
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into a clear narrative on business outcomes, trends, and predicted performance for executive audiences
Program
Demonstrates in-depth understanding of organizational strategy and business drivers to facilitate the creation of portfolio strategy and drive execution decisions
Leverages proven frameworks, best practices, and templates that are repeatable, durable, and scalable to enable rapid experimentation across the organization
Develops and drives the operating rhythm of complex portfolios to set strategy, monitor performance, and instill accountability for the delivery of experimental capabilities
Establishes credibility as a boundaryless change leader to formulate effective change strategy, develop change management plans, and drive adoption of new experimental capabilities
Tests with rapid experimentation, shares learnings broadly and scales through others
Collaborate with leaders in executive teams, product management, engineering, and other groups to achieve program goals
Quickly pinpoint and resolve critical issues/risks. Clearly communicate actionable solutions, striking an effective balance between business needs and technical limitations.
Share executive level program status, risks, dependencies, and change control information across the organization and at all levels.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels leading to quick decisions
Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch.

Qualifications
Strong Program Management experience, including 5-10 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (Saas) development projects.
Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.
Has a clear understanding of SaaS technologies leading with AI Native first mindset to deliver high impact priorities for the business and customers
Demonstrate AI proficiency
Previous experience partnering with Data Science and Experimentation a plus

Bay Area California $ 193,500- 262,000
