As a Product Manager, AI Multimodal, you will work at the nexus of research and growth. Your products are the deployments, launches, and user experiences that drive model usage and revenue growth. You will be responsible for balancing user needs with business priorities, ensuring that our growth loops are high-performing, data-driven, and scalable. You will also be responsible for prioritising new deployments and growth initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to build and execute project plans. In particular, we are looking for candidates who:
Deeply understand the full model launch and growth lifecycle
Have experience working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship growth experiments at pace
Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Are passionate about managing high-stakes, time-sensitive product launches and growth campaigns
Take the initiative and enjoy finding paths through complexity in a fast-paced environment
Are comfortable owning projects that span teams and functions, can coordinate different workstreams, and drive to relentlessly unblock progress

Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
Identifying and prioritising model growth opportunities across multiple deployments— and working cross-functionally to drive them to resolution
Evaluating, defining and driving new product deployment opportunities for MAI models
Defining and owning growth KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritisation
Working closely with engineering, researchers and product owners to find and drive growth opportunities
Creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches in close partnership with marketing
Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and growth
Collaborate closely with teams across sales, marketing, data science, customer success, and product

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ year's experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Proven track record as a product manager with firsthand experience evaluating and deploying LLMs into production.
Experience working side-by-side with Researchers and/or Engineers

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
