The Work:
Leverage deep industry knowledge across enterprise HW, SW, consumer HW, semi-conductor, data center or network sectors to support clients in analyzing their growth and profitability strategies, E2E process transformation and optimization in sales, service, marketing, or enabling functions, define enterprise-wide cost take-out initiatives, define new business models and revenue streams.
Lead engagements to help High Tech, semi, and data center companies deploy innovative operating models including product-led growth frameworks and AI-first development methodologies to deliver year-over-year performance improvement.
Leverage core consulting skills and High-Tech industry expertise to structure complex challenges around strategic c-suite priorities; develop hypotheses and business cases to unlock value.
Develop deep client relationships that are long lasting and result in strategic advisory insights and projects, manage client expectations and project scope and manage all stakeholders and client satisfaction for engagements.
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, and strategy — mentoring future leaders, shaping culture, and cementing Accenture's reputation as the definitive thought leader in High Tech.
Act as the single point of ownership for major engagements — responsible not just for delivery, but for making the work successful analytically, commercially, and relationally.
Set the overall narrative, rewrite or reshape stories for executives, and ensure consistency across workstreams.
Quickly grasp commercial excellence concepts and have familiarity with the sales cycle.
Travel as needed, up to 80%.
Here's What You Need:
A Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High-Tech company, or a start-up.
Bonus Points If:
You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.
A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.
Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems — for clients or within your own organization.
Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
