CBRE Design Program Manager - Bay Area in Mountain View, California
About the Role:
As a Design Project Consultant, you will manage the design activities related to construction and other projects for small to medium-sized clients. This role is part of the Design function, responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications to internal and external partners.
This person needs to be based in Mountain View or San Francisco office in a hybrid schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and client needs
Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences such as furniture selection
Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design quality and compliance
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Interior concepts, finish materials, furniture selections, upholsteries, color palettes, graphics
Develop and Maintain Team Personalization Playbook and Illustrative materials for engagements
Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement innovative design solutions
Décor coordination with vendor and site experience leads & Design Lead if necessary
Provide design guidance and support to project teams and clients
Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and
presentations
Furniture reuse, coordination w MAC and storage furniture database
Conduct design research and analysis to inform design decisions
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a
combination of experience and education will be considered.
Google Suite products
Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Preferred Skills:
NCIDQ or NCARB certification preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills, including ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as
percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
