Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Data Analyst 2, you will be part of the global support team supporting internal data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst 2

Location: Remote - 100%

Pay Range: $34.86 - $38.40 on Experis W2 (Benefits, PTO and 401k)

What's the Job?

• Support metrics and reporting for Microsoft Digital Global Support

• Contribute to ensuring data quality for dashboards and reports

• Leverage AI/ML tools to aid in service improvement decisions

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric-based platform to analyze data from enterprise sources

• Assist in tracking operational performance and driving continuous improvement
