Our client here in Mountain View CA looking for a Lab Manager/Coordinator experienced with labs, reliability, vibration tables, & thermal engineering to join the team. Would you or anyone you know be interested?

Test Coordinator & Technical Writer
Seeking a Lab Manager to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution of reliability testing across internal and external labs. This role bridges engineering intent with hands‑on validation and owns all test documentation, setup accuracy, and cross‑site alignment.
Responsibilities
• Lab Travel & Support: Visit Bay Area labs (Mountain View, Union City, Fremont) to install, test, and troubleshoot Aurora hardware; ensure setups match internal standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, test procedures, build guides, and troubleshooting flows; manage revision control to keep all partners aligned.
• Test Coordination: Schedule equipment and DUTs across internal and external labs; oversee sample logistics, setup quality, and remote audits.
• Technical Execution: Resolve setup and hardware issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with partner labs, manage communication across shifts, and handle schedule changes and resource allocation.
• Reporting & Tracking: Convert test data into clear updates; maintain timelines and JIRA workflows to keep testing aligned with program milestones.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in hardware testing or lab environments; 2+ years vendor coordination
• Strong technical writing skills (SOPs, test plans, build guides)
• Ability to read CAD/electrical drawings
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
