Job Description:
Purpose:
Safely and accurately follow established manufacturing processes to assemble product
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Read, understand and interpret shop sheets and job drawings
- Safe operation of Overhead Crane to move product to and from work tables
- Ensure correct bolt types are used on each job
- Use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed
- Must ensure any brush / weather strip is supplied as required
- Ensure angles are proper material and / or color
- Monitor supply of production materials available at workstation; reorder as needed
- Visually inspect parts for defects; replace parts that do not meet quality specifications. Perform all quality checks on material produced
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings
- Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy
- Computer knowledge
- Meet Safety, Production and Quality standards
Qualifications:
*Education: * High school diploma or GED equivalent
*Experience: * 6 months to 1 year of previous related manufacturing experience
Licenses/Certification: None
Equipment:
- Chop saw
- Overhead Crane
Training Requirements:
- General Quality Compliance
- General Safety Awareness
- Training -- Guide gap tool.
- Overhead Crane operation
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Safety glasses
- Hardhat
- Hearing protection
- Metatarsal safety shoes
- A-4 cut resistant gloves
- A-3 cut resistant sleeves

- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment where the associate is frequently required to work in hot and / or humid conditions, with or without climate control.
- Associates will cross-train and frequently rotate to different workstations or tasks as needs require and be exposed to a moderate level of noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, sharp objects and moving carts and vehicles.
- This position may require the associate to work overtime, sometimes with little or no notice.

Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift
1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
*4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday) 7:00 am to 7:00 *
