Lead Concrete Leveling Technician (CDL Required)

For nearly 20 years, Concrete Alternatives has been the market leader in specialized concrete repair. We aren't a "churn and burn" crew; we are a high-quality, organized small business where your expertise is respected and your growth is prioritized.

We are looking for a Concrete Leveling Specialist who takes pride in the "before and after." If you have a strong work ethic and the technical skill to lead a site, you belong on our team.

The Perks

  • Competitive Pay: $25.00 -- $28.00 per hour (based on experience).
  • Health & Wellness: Monthly Health Care Stipend to support your insurance needs.
  • Invested in You: 401(k) matching and on-the-job training for specialized coatings.
  • Reliability: We provide the tools; you provide the talent.
  • Time Off: Paid time off to ensure you stay energized.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Experience: 3--5 years of construction labor experience with a proven track record in concrete repair and masonry.
  • The Credentials: A valid CDL is required for this role.
  • Specialized Skills: Experience in concrete leveling (mudjacking, slabjacking, or foam injection). Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing is a must.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using gas-powered drills, portable grout pumps, and various hand/power tools.
  • The Mindset: You are dependable, communicate clearly with the team, and have a "get it done right the first time" attitude.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our field team, you'll solve structural problems and deliver professional results:

  • Precision Leveling: Assessing sites and executing the raising process via mudjacking or foam injection.
  • Technical Execution: Marking, drilling, and utilizing portable grout pumps to restore concrete slabs.
  • Project Completion: Managing the clean-up, patching, and joint sealing that defines our reputation.
  • Safety Leadership: Maintaining a secure job site for yourself and your teammates.

Ready to Lead?

If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for masonry and concrete restoration, we want to hear from you.
