Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in front area processes while maintaining a customer centric attitude
- Gathing patient information at registration
- Collect co-pays at time of service
- Ensure that any/all documentation is scanned and indexed into the patient chart
Skills/Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and complete assigned duties efficiently
Requirements Include
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent,
- Minimum one year of customer service experience and/or have worked in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience with registration, medical billing and medical records preferred
