Patient Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in front area processes while maintaining a customer centric attitude
  • Gathing patient information at registration
  • Collect co-pays at time of service
  • Ensure that any/all documentation is scanned and indexed into the patient chart

Skills/Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete assigned duties efficiently

Requirements Include

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent,
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience and/or have worked in a healthcare setting
  • Previous experience with registration, medical billing and medical records preferred
