What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance to minimize downtime.
Monitor production targets and adjust processes to meet goals.
Support and coach team members to foster a culture of accountability.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production environment.
Strong understanding of quarry operations, safety protocols, and equipment.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Must be willing to work night shift.
