Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Part Time Hours

Pay Range: $45.00

What's the Job?

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline for openings

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screens

• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process efficiently

• Maintain detailed documentation and update applicant tracking systems accurately

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job specifications

What's Needed?

• Experience working within an HR function or related experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 4-year college degree is strongly preferred

• Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
