WillowWood Global LLC Sewing Machine Operator in Mount Sterling, Ohio
WillowWood is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our Alpha Department. This role is responsible for sewing and producing high-quality materials used in the manufacturing of prosthetic liners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced in industrial or home sewing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Sew prosthetic liner materials using straight stitch and over-lock machines
- Follow daily production assignments and written work instructions
- Identify and select correct fabrics, thread types, colors, sizes, and thicknesses
- Inspect finished products for quality and perform minor repairs as needed
- Enter accurate production and tracking data into the sewing database
- Perform basic daily maintenance on sewing equipment
- Properly store work-in-process materials and assist with stamping duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2--4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home sewing experience accepted)
- Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects
- Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
