Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Technician in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain automated systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities in a production setting and have the opportunity to apply critical thinking skills while growing a career in advanced and smart manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve common automation and machine issues to reduce downtime and idle time

  • Support production operations by feeding materials into automated systems as required

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to meet departmental and production goals

  • Understand production workflows and proactively address routine process challenges

  • Maintain and support existing automation technology, including component and process upgrades

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical components such as motors, switches, cylinders, and sensors

  • Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment and maintain accurate service records

  • Assist with new machine builds, installations, modifications, and equipment upgrades

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred

  • 1+ years of experience working with automation or manufacturing equipment strongly preferred

  • Experience with network-related products (e.g., servers, switches) is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
