Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for loading and unloading machines with bolts and washers and ensuring the correct quantities are packed into bags and boxes.
Responsibilities
Load and unload machines with bolts and washers.
Ensure the correct amount of product is being packed into bags and boxes.
Essential Skills
1+ year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (excluding food environments).
1+ year of actual machine operation experience.
Demonstrated commitment to longer tenure at previous companies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with packaging machine operations is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment
The position is for the 2nd shift, working Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for two weeks or until you are fully acclimated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
