Electronics Technician
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician with hands-on PCB experience to support high-volume testing and troubleshooting of printed circuit board assemblies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who enjoys working with electronics, following processes, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Location: Onsite in Mount Pleasant, PA,
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Test printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies using established procedures
Document and accurately record test results
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions at the subassembly level
Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process documentation
Operate electronic test equipment including digital volt meters and calibration tools
Maintain clear technical documentation and reporting to support quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
Strong electronics fundamentals with PCB testing experience
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Experience using common test equipment (e.g., DVMs, calibration tools)
Minimum 2 years of PCB or electronics technician experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
Experience working in a high-accuracy, high-volume production environment
Work Environment
Onsite role operating on 1st shift
Fast-paced electronics or manufacturing setting with a focus on quality and documentation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
