Position Title: Consumer Loan Processor I
Reports To: Retail Credit Systems Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Uploading direct consumer loans to the core system through LaserPro

``` - Accepts and verifies accuracy of indirect contracts submitted by dealerships and inputs into computer system - Manages the indirect contract funding process and sends out funding email to dealerships - Updates loan data into the financial institution's computer system, and assembling of documentation for customer loans. - Assists with collateral lien perfection tracking on consumer loans - Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures - Answering departmental telephones and assisting external and internal customers with inquiries - Assists with Termination Statement / Lien Release process - Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma required
Previous banking experience preferred
Skills:
- Must present a positive, friendly attitude both in person and on the phone
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software, Xperience, and Synergy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize meeting deadlines
