Our client, a leader in process control and semiconductor technology, is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Staff Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the development of high-precision metrology and inspection equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $55.00/ hourly
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
Lead and oversee the design, development, integration, and validation of electrical subsystems supporting next-generation semiconductor metrology and inspection systems.
Architect robust electrical solutions spanning analog, digital, power electronics, motor/actuator control, signal conditioning, and mixed-signal circuitry, focusing on reliability, noise reduction, and manufacturability.
Guide PCB design and development processes, including schematic oversight, layout optimization, and board bring-up, ensuring adherence to signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, and safety standards.
Partner closely with mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams to deliver well-integrated, production-ready solutions.
Manage and mentor engineering talent, providing technical leadership, conducting design reviews, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What's Needed?
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of broad electrical engineering experience, ideally in capital equipment or high-precision systems.
Strong expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics, including grounding, noise mitigation, and signal integrity.
Experience integrating motors, sensors, power systems, and mixed-signal components into complex platforms.
Skilled with PCB design and simulation tools such as Altium, OrCAD, SPICE, MATLAB, etc.
