Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. You will work on either the 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' shift, each offering unique hours and shift differentials. As a machine operator, your focus will be on ensuring production procedures are executed efficiently and safely. On-the-job training is available to help you enhance your skills and improve your performance.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of tooling and precision measuring instruments.
Experience working with manufacturing equipment is preferred.
Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Ability to perform materials handling tasks safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools and forklift operation is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48214.40 - $48214.40/yr.
Benefits include:
Base yearly earnings with no overtime can exceed $54,000/yr Top scale yearly earnings with no overtime can exceed $60,000/yr No mandatory overtime but overtime is usually available Company paid pension Capital Blue Cross health insurance after 90 days Company paid vision and life insurance Optional discounted Delta Dental insurance available
