Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements
Greet and assist guests professionally and warmly
Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Maintain accurate records and cash handling
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
