The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution, management, profitability, and timely completion of assigned construction projects. This role also involves ensuring that Assistant Project Managers are adequately trained and skilled to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall execution and completion of construction projects.
Ensure project profitability and adherence to timelines.
Provide training and support to Assistant Project Managers.
Manage project resources and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in project management, particularly in electrical and construction projects.
Experience with Bluebeam software.
Ability to handle commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in managing complex projects across multiple sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office with 35 employees, offering a supportive and flexible work environment. Employees work Monday through Thursday with extended hours and a half-day on Fridays, allowing for personal flexibility. The company fosters a team-oriented culture with events such as golf tournaments, sports games, and summer BBQs. Additional benefits include profit sharing, a competitive 401K match, and early releases on Fridays before holidays. The office observes 7 holidays annually, including Black Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Airy, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
