Job Duties
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong experience in power delivery testing and RF technologies to support the development of our Next Generation RF Generator. This role is ideal for an engineer who excels in system-level testing, hands-on integration work, and data-driven analysis.
The Sr. Systems Engineer will lead technical planning, system integration, verification and validation activities throughout the full product lifecycle—from concept through disposal. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, testable engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• System-level test preparation and execution, including power delivery and RF-based systems.
• System integration testing, ensuring compatibility and alignment between hardware, software, and subsystem components.
• Data analysis, interpretation, and communication of results to cross-functional teams, including clear written reports and verbal presentations.
• Conduct functional and timeline analyses, detailed trade studies, and requirements allocation.
• Transform customer and system requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Evaluate alternatives based on cost, risk, and supportability.
• Support activities across all phases of product development: design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum Experience Required
• 7–17 years of engineering experience
• Power delivery testing experience, with RF technology strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and scripting using:
o Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
o Python or similar scripting languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for summarizing and presenting test findings.
