Job Duties
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support prototype development, PCBA bring-up, system integration, and early-stage hardware validation for next generation technologies and therapies. In this hands-on role, you’ll work across EE, Systems, Software, and external partners to drive hardware from concept through functional testing.
What You’ll Do
• Manage prototype hardware and PCBA configurations in lab environments.
• Lead board bring-up: ohmic checks, power-on, register testing, and initial validation.
• Develop board test plans and guide technicians through execution and debug.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support system level integration with software and DA teams.
• Test hardware interfaces (ADC, DAC, digital I/O) and validate system behavior with PL teams.
• Support EMC prescreening and local test house activities.
• Design lab fixtures and test boards to support functional and system testing.
• Participate in schematic and layout reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external contract manufacturers.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Experience Required
• 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Practical experience with PCBA bring-up, debugging, instrumentation, and test development.
• Ability to work independently, lead technicians, and collaborate across disciplines.
