How you’ll make an impact in this role
Communicating between specialty pharmacies and RN Navigators/ Ambulatory Pharmacists.
Submitting, documenting and tracking prior authorizations.
Assessing patients for financial concerns relating to pharmaceutical copays.
Managing financial assistance applications from start to finish, including reenrollment.Communicating with the patients throughout the process.
Preparing appeals
Tracking of financial assistance program patients (maintaining their enrollment).
Confirming initial delivery of the medication with the patient.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Medication prior authorization required.
Epic experience preferred.
