JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY Golden Land Ginseng (USA) Inc., a company engaged in ginseng farming, marketing, and global distribution, seeks a qualified Marketing and Data Analyst to support data-driven marketing initiatives, competitive research, and strategic campaign planning. The ideal candidate must have a Master\'s degree in Informatics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a closely related field, as well as, minimum 2 years of experience as a Farm Data specialist or in a similar analytical role in the agricultural industry and minimum 2 years of experience in statistical methodologies for agricultural data collection, including sample size determination, data validation, and verification to ensure accuracy and efficiency. JOB DUTIES Conduct market research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor marketing and sales strategies using tools such as Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, and customer feedback platforms; Develop data-backed marketing strategies focused on target demographics, preferred distribution channels, and media usage for product promotion; Create and refine marketing contentincluding brochures, pitch decks, infographics, and digital copyfor retail and wholesale customers; Update and improve company website content and structure to enhance user experience, optimize marketing performance, and align with campaign strategies; Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.), and recommend adjustments based on results; Collaborate with leadership and sales team to gather customer feedback to enhance customer experience and buying processes through data-informed best practices; Collect and analyze data related to farm operations, including crop yields, soil health, customer preferences, and environmental conditions, to guide strategic marketing decisions; Assist with international marketing and compliance by aligning import/export strategies with FDA, USDA, and other trade regulations; Participate in business conferences, marketing seminars, and ongoing research to integrate innovative strategies and ensure alignment with market trends; Support other marketing functions such as customer engagement, seasonal promotions, performance forecasting, and B2B sales coordination as needed.
