Job Title: Engineering ManagerJob Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager who combines a passion for leadership with hands-on technical expertise. This role requires someone who can guide a team of dedicated engineers, implement and refine processes to boost overall throughput, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves—whether it's diving into design work in Fusion or operating a Haas CNC to keep production moving. The organization is positioned for significant growth—potentially 10X across multiple areas—and we’re looking for someone eager to evolve with the role and help shape that trajectory.
Responsibilities
Guide and mentor a team of engineers to achieve operational excellence.
Implement and refine processes to boost overall throughput.
Engage in design work using Fusion 360.
Operate Haas CNC equipment to maintain production flow.
Contribute to new product development initiatives.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Fusion 360.
Experience in new product development.
Hands-on experience with Haas Mill operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using Notion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
