Valley National Bank Product Manager, Partner Banking in Morristown, New Jersey
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Translate the Partner Banking product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans while managing daytoday execution, including backlog prioritization, testing, and launch coordination.- Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to design, develop, and deliver new features and core platform capabilities.- Partner crossfunctionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, and policy standards.- Support partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing relationship needs by clearly representing product capabilities, constraints, and roadmap direction.- Conduct market, competitive, and partner research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements, using stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization.- Track and report key product performance metrics, adoption data, and operational outcomes to guide continuous improvement.- Manage vendor and thirdparty platform considerations and prepare product documentation, including roadmap updates and stakeholder or partnerfacing material.Valley National Bank is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
