Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing procedures and protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing supervisor and/or physician
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey
Current CPR certification
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
