Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and other educational programs to stay current with industry best practices
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements
• Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Ability to work a 3-11 shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
