The Teller provides exceptional front-line service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently managing a cash drawer, processing a variety of financial transactions, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The Teller also identifies opportunities where customers may benefit from additional NBC products or services and refers them to the appropriate department. This role requires consistent adherence to all bank policies and procedures, as well as compliance with applicable state and federal regulations Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
