JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
JOB LOCATION: 27548 US Highway 59, Morris MN, 56267
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for leading team of agricultural equipment operators for organic crop farm. Specific duties include: (1) planting, irrigating, and harvesting crops; (2) performing manual weed control in crops; (3) applying manure to fields for fertilizer; (4) maintaining and servicing farm equipment; (5) hauling crops to market.
REQUIREMENTS: Two years of agricultural experience, including specific experience operating large farm equipment. Biweekly travel required in winter months within 90-mile radius to haul crops to market.
