The Project Manager is responsible for project work plan development and management, project plan reporting, issue tracking, scope development and management, project cost, resource and time management, project communications, and project risk management. This role collaborates with the clinical team, IT, vendors, and customers to ensure successful completion of projects. Requires a Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Two (2) years of health care project management or related experience; and Two (2) in healthcare credentialing, provider relations, or medical staff services experience. Skills and Abilities: Ability to work under stressful working conditions. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team member. Ability to work within multi-disciplinary groups. Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Access).
