Freudenberg Group Materials Buyer/Planner in Morganfield, Kentucky

Responsibilities:
Manual order entry
Hit List- monitor supplier shipments and deliveries
Communicate with suppliers by email or phone if issues arise
Monitor email multiple times daily for supplier ASN's
Manage Problem Communications (PCs) and provide supporting documents
Adjust rubber inventories
Run MRP/Vendor Scheduling weekly and back up
Track and manage overseas shipments
Shipping and customer service back up
Manage and keep in contact with Logistics Freight Forwarder
Manage and issue AETC's for expedite pick up and deliveries
Review freight bills for errors from logistics company
Maintain supplier release files
Qualifications:
One to three months related experience and/ or training equivalent combination for education and experience.
The ability to interpret customer requirements from written instructions.
Good attendance.
The ability to work in a team setting.
Proficient computer skills.
Attention to detail.
