Job Description

Basic Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll or timekeeping experience, preferably in construction or industrial projects

  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping processes

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Other Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on site in Moreno Valley, CA

  • Ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on large EPC or construction projects

  • Familiarity with Fluor systems and processes

  • Knowledge of California labor laws and prevailing wage requirements

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
