Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Moraine, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of payroll operations while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities:
• Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations for employees across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with union agreements and regulations related to payroll procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for local taxes and deductions.
• Utilize Viewpoint Spectrum software to streamline payroll processes and reporting.
• Handle payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Monitor and implement changes to payroll regulations to maintain compliance.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and summaries for management review.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Proficiency in managing full-cycle payroll processes.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-state payroll systems.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint Spectrum is not required. This would be a ++
• Knowledge of union payroll practices and local tax regulations.
• Ability to handle payroll for large employee groups, over 500 individuals.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
